The first commingling LNG cargo of Hiroshima Gas Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., transported by Tokyo LNG Tanker Co., Ltd., has arrived at Hiroshima Gas’ Hatsukaichi LNG terminal.
This is the first commingling LNG cargo based on the LNG transportation agreement between Hiroshima Gas, Tokyo Gas, and Tokyo LNG Tanker that was executed in February 2020, in which LNG procured by Hiroshima Gas and Tokyo Gas from Sakhalin, Russia would be jointly transported by an LNG carrier owned and operated by Tokyo LNG Tanker for a period of eight years from FY2020 to FY2027.
